This course equips learners with the knowledge, skills and behaviours requred to carry out safe moving and handling, both in the workplace and outside of it.

Learners will apply safe techniques to real-life situations faced at work every day - beyond the basics of just ‘moving a box’!

Upon completion, successful delegates will receive a certificate, valid for 3 years.
