  • This stress awareness course will provide an overview of what stress is, as well as exploring the causes, triggers and effects. You’ll learn how to assess and manage stress to better support those who may be struggling with varying levels of stress, both in and out of work.

    Upon completion, successful delegates will receive a certificate, valid for 3 years.
